Labor and Commerce Committee referral be waived on CS FOR                                           
HOUSE BILL NO. 367(FIN) am "An Act relating to the licensing and                                    
regulation of adult-oriented businesses; and providing for an effective                             
date." Without objection, the bill was referred to the Judiciary                                    
Committee.
